Are you looking for a new way to reach volunteers? Maybe you want to find new sources of funds? Some Non-Profits are just looking for exposure for their cause.
With a strong Social Media campaign you can accomplish all of this and more! Social Media is the new way of communicating and staying in touch with your community. Whether you're using Facebook, Twitter, or one the many tools available online, you can increase your effectiveness with a few simple changes.
This class will go over the basics of social media; including setup of accounts, improved visibility, and best practices. We will then go into various social media sites in the local community that can be used by any non-profit to promote events and recruit volunteers. Guest speakers will also be on hand to tell you about new sites and software that you can incorporate into your website and social media sites to increase donations and volunteerism.
Cost of the class is just $30 and dinner will be provided.
