I'm a little late in seeing this question. But my husband and I used it on a house purchase in March.

I have had several customers take advantage of this great program! What a better way to offset the costs of buyng a home than to get $8000 back after you close. Just wish I was still eligible for it!!!

The neighborhood is so new - I don't even think Google maps has it loaded yet! Southern Oaks, is centrally located! Hooker Road from Wrightsville Avenue (right near Bradley Creek). Left onto Woodland Forest Court - the home will be on the right!

Would they be interested in Southern Oaks??? We have one in between as far as square footage priced at $455,000 - Looks like it comes directly from Restoration Hardware! MLS#429351

You are most welcome!! Great homes...as your rep probably told one...one was too much, and the other too small!! I'm having a tough time finding exactly what they need in their price range, plus they need to buy ASAP...Will be a cash closing…
