Who is Cheryl Powell? Wife, mother, grandmother----all of these. Cheryl is an active individual who is always open to new challenges and ideas.

Born in Wilmington, Cheryl has lived within 20 miles of Wilmington her entire life. Well, that is with the exception of a year stay in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina where she helped launch a new real estate office for a major franchise.
Cheryl started selling real estate in 1989 (after many years in corporate America as a programmer/systems analyst). She has remained full time in the real estate business since that time working in general brokerage, managment, and as a trainer/coach for agents.
Activities enjoyed by Cheryl include snow skiing, walking, hiking in the Mountains, reading and public speaking.
Major philisophy of life: If you have your health, you have it all------everything else is "fluff".
To inspire and encourage others is always a major goal for Cheryl.
