CrossFit Coastal has been built on the talent of the poeple that have been here - from my parents to our team of instructors to my friends that have supported me - so I’m a bit skeptical to write about myself.
Here it goes…I am very passionate about what I am doing. I feel that fitness & healthy living should be a major part of everyones lives because without it life isn’t as good. Face it - Life sucks when you are sick & unhealthy.
Many people come to me wanting to change some aspect of themselves or just because they feel like exercise is something they should be doing. I encourage a shift in that perspective to one of enjoyment of exercise. Our bodies were designed for an active lifestyle - we should exercise regularly because it is a part of our DNA; once you get the ball rolling…you’ll quickly see that this is fun…a lot of fun!
So what do we offer?
CrossFit Coastal is a core strength and conditioning course focused on constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.
By keeping the stimulus broad, inclusive, and constantly varied, we can make sure that you do not adapt. After all, routine is the enemy.
We provide an atmosphere of support and camaraderie where you will train in a group setting to help you become stronger, leaner, faster and more coordinated. Every time you walk through our doors you will receive world class instruction by a certified CrossFit Coach.
Because the workouts are conducted in groups, the sessions are a fraction of the cost of personal training in Wilmington.
With a mixture of gymnastics, weightlifting and cardiovascular, workouts are never boring and always stimulating.
All fitness levels and goals are welcome to participate in this unmatched workout experience, designed to help you accomplish amazing things.
