I just finished this book and I found it to be rather long and repetitive. Maybe it's just been too many years between books for the author. I wasn't impressed with this book and would not recommend it to all the Earth Children's fans from years gone by. Anyone else read it?See More

Just wanted to let all the readers know that James Kaufman will be at Two Sister's Bookery on December 4th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to autograph his new book, The Collectables. I was wondering if anyone here likes Sci-fi and fantasy.... It looks like everyone is reading only serious stuff.... I read for enjoyment mostly and prefer funny stuff. At the moment I'm finishing up the Disk world series by Terry Pratchett.
